Last week was told not to worry, this week everything is off, due to drastically overly-inflated cost of the necessary repairs, while quoting the value of our home at $ 30,000 less than its tax value. There hasn't been much turnover in my area, and one of the houses supposedly used wasn't even in our area. I now have a bid locked in for the next four months, at which point I can re-apply, once my home is foreclosed upon in full. I can't say I've been well-served at all.
