I applied online for a free sample on 13th March, the advertisement stated that only postage of £1.99 had to be paid. On the 28th March they took £84.71 from my bank account without my knowledge or consent. As a pensioner I would never have been able to afford this, and only found out about it today when my bank statement arrived, I'm gutted and don't know what to do about it. Carol

- Sorry to hear about it, but just to let you know the exact same thing happened to me. And they have the cheek to use the word 'free' on their website, adverts, and terms and conditions. There is nothing free about any of it. I have contacted them twice, they never get back to me and they tell me there are no contact numbers for their management department. They are just thieves, unfortunately.
