They called me and told me the certificate was out on my computer. They were going to download software onto my computer to correct this problem. I didn't receive anything. My computer was hacked and my debt card was comprised in the deal. I have called the company each day asking for a refund. They have told so many lies it is unreal. Please don't believe anything they tell you. I will be able to give you copies of the forms that I printed.
