I'm trying to locate anyone from this business to give me an explanation about my stuff I sent to Brazil on last June/2012 and has not been delivered. This company is out of service and I try to call them everyday and the phone numbers has been disconnected.I have spent about $1200 and no answers at all from them.
How should I proceed with this situation?
