My autistic son saved money to buy ms points for xbox which after reading positive reviews I purchased for him on instantpoints.net where it stated immediate delivery of points code via email. I received a comfirmation email immediately and checked all folders for the email and code to find nothing. I have opened a ticket and left several messages and filed another enquirey message too from the site. There has been no response whatsoever and the money was taken instantly from my account. Needless to say along with others I am none too happy about the matter and £28.99 out of pocket as have reimbursed my son because this is not his fault. I'm disgusted that this sort of thing can happen so easily and will be taking the matter to watchdog and trading standards.
