Our hotel is listed on their Website for Fed. Gov Rates / they faxed us a bill for this. The website is a JOKE! When the GM of our Hotel called to question this, she asked for a Manager, She talked to a man named Jerry Kleinman. He was VERY rude and said he was going to hang up on her 3 times.
