I signed up for deal fun, I bought the package for $99.00. I went to the search box to find TV's, each time the search box came up with a blank screen. I emailed "customer support" and asked the ? if there is a way to search for a particular item, I was told to do the obvious.....what I was doing, so I emailed a second time to explain that when I type in a specific item to search for the screen comes back blank... I have not gotten a response to this one....this is a scam and I am reporting them....I am going to block the payment on my CC

Firstly, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience faced. We take extreme pride in our customer service and are thus disappointed with the lack of clarity in our response.
I have checked myself and the search box does actually work perfectly fine. eg. if you type in "apple", you will see the iPads. Similarly, if you type "Camera", the Nikon Camera on auction will appear.
The result you were seeing a blank screen for TV is because at the time you searched, no TVs were up for auction. However, we do keep rotating products on a regular basis and a Television is definitely one of our featured products that we put up regularly.
However, if you are not satisfied with the experience we also have a very pro-consumer policy. Kindly let me know and I will be happy to take care of it for you here itself. I'm sure you will be very satisfied with the response.
