Online web site selling formal dresses (Prom dress in my daughter's case). They took our money but never provided an order confirmation, there is no listed address, no phone number, the Chat feature on the web site does not work, etc. Facebook is full of complaints. There should be some authority that can shut down the web sites while there is an investigation. Better, re-direct our browsers to a federal web site to collect complaint information to then build a case against the fraudulent company.
