Man a Dr. Austin Kibble was a supposed retired vet that was selling my family a english bulldog. I sent him the money through money gram to ZipZap inc. NEVER SEND MONEY TO a ZIP ZAP It's a scam.(701) 446-8195 they used this number along with another 701 number to fake phone numbers. Hurtful to my family. I knew nothing about dog fraud.
