purchase a skype cam on said date. And after a month I began complaining. they finally agreed to give me a refund, that I of course have not received to date. They told me I had to set up a paypal account in order to receive my fefund. I did so. Now I can't even get them to answer my emails, which normally takes 2 or 3 weeks anyway. what's my recourse?
