Dear Customer Service Representative,

I am writing this letter in regards to my 2009, Subaru Impreza. This is one of the two Subaru cars we have purchased from West Houston Subaru, Texas. We and have always had a very positive experience. My parents and my in laws family have owned several Subaru cars throughout the years. All of us have been very impressed by your products.

I am writing this letter because of a chronic problems with the rear passenger window that has passed the warranty. Records will indicate that I have had multiple complaints regarding the fact the window cannot be controlled by the drivers side door panel. Each time different diagnoses were made and attempts to fix it. My 2009 Impreza has had all of it service maintenance done at the same dealership. Last week again when I took my car to the same dealership for routine maintenance I was told by the service representative that the window was not coming down at all. Now I received a diagnosis that the motor needs to be replaced. The service representative quoted a significant price to fix this and I don't feel it is something I should have to pay for.

I am the single driver for this car and very rarely have anyone else ride with me much less sit in the back using the rear passenger window. I do not feel this is a normal usage problem. The service representative stated that this would no longer be covered under warranty due to the mileage on my car. If this was a normal usage issue for a mechanical part, I could understand the warranty not covering this or if this was the first time this problem had been encountered but neither of these situations are involved in the case.

Please look into this chronic problem at your earliest and do what is just and right. I am planning a road trip this June with family and don't want any mishap due to this window not functioning.
