one of my daugthers went to give them the rent and the lady at front desk gave her a receipt with an amount of late fee charges which i thought was to much so i took the receipt back to find out why the lady at front desk ask me can i help you and i start explaining that they was charging me $200 and some dollars extra and i told the lady at the front desk the i was pay on time for this month and she started explaining me the i was late for the month of march and that the rent for april wasnt put in yet, and i told her that i know that i'm one month behind because i have been working before. So the lady at the front desk got up and said that she was not dealing with this rediculas situation and she went to back the manager and told her that i had said that i was paying forthe rent of april and i was listening to her and i said that i had never said that. so the manager called me back to her and she told me the to have a sit at her desk and i started explaining how disrespectful her worker was. and she started telling me that she didnt know what had happen back there but as i heard her talking with her worker i know she knew what had happen. When i was asking herwhat was she going to do about the fact that one of her workers was disrespecting me she yelled and speaking over my voice. so i let her talk and i thought the she wasnt going to do anything because i am latino of course american latino, the way that she speaking to me made me think that. so i got mad and i was yelling because she was yelling at me before and she didnt like it and she told me to get out of her office and that i wasnt going to yell at her in her office, and she told me that for now on i am suppose to pay my rent in mail box.
