I purchased Michael Kors bags from the Michael Kors website-which was evidently a phony website. Received very bad knock-offs from Shanghai Bangze Kitchenware. The packing-slip said contents in package were shoe samples, to get through customs is my guess. When I wrote them and told them how upset I was with the bags that were sent to me they asked me if a $20 discount would help. Everyone beware they are shady.
