I ordered the free sample for 4.95 shipping and handling. When I received the product there was no paperwork along with it. I had know idea of the trial date to cancel and of the charge of $99.00. I then received an additional box know bill or paper work with it. On my credit card I was charged another $99.00. I called the company to get a ra number with no luck he refused to let me ship it back. Am I stuck with two boxes of product that I don't like at all? I want my $$ back I would be more than happy to pay for the shipping to send these items back.
