HAS HAS BEEN CHANGES MADE IN MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT , WHICH RESULTED IN HIGHER CHARGES. AFTER COUNTLESS PHONE CALLS I WAS TOLD THAT PERHAPS THE ATT REP MIGHT HAVE MISUNDERSTOOD AND SEPARATED THE 2 PHONE NUMBERS ON MY ACCOUNT AND THERE IS NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT.
