This is a scam and these people should be held accountable for wasting valuable time to everyday working American citizens.First they state in the letter that no purchase is necessary but once you call the 1800-235-3496 # they harass you by trying to sell you a magazine subscription or some other thing . YOU tell them no repeatedly but they don't get the message,then you ask to speak to manager,they tell you ok and put you on hold...by this time 30 minutes have passed by and by then you feel so upset you wonder why you even called.
