My mom just received a letter from these so called attorneys. Thankfully, she asked me to look it over before she done anything. So glad I did!! This is such a hoax it ain't funny! I'm sure there are many others who have given money to get money. I told my mom, if you win something, it won't cost a thing up front.. Morgan, Phelps & Stern need to be turned in and out of business of deceit!!
