I purchased a modem and router in addition to cable service from Comcast. The router and modem were to be free after rebate. I have called several times and only get the runaround saying that my information is with the company that cuts the checks and I should be getting my rebate "soon". This has been going on since December 2012 when I made my first inquiry.
