I'm from Chicago and i recieved this W-2 form. I've never worked for this company and i would like to know how it is possible to be many complaints and nobody post nothing regard about this. My major concern is how they recieved personal information like individuals social security and address. And if this will affect to your taxes, and has anyone called the police about this incident?
