I was charged for a free kit because all the information about receiving a free sample was buried sufficiently for a customer to miss. Visa also told me that I will be put on a renewal $80.00 a month renewal if I do not cancel and it is very hard to find how to cancel. Visa was helpful as they had lots of complaints
