I too received a letter with a check enclosed for $1998.00 with a promise of a Mystery Shop job. I activated the check, but decided to check the scam list. Guess what!!!! I found several people who have already been scammed. I have been approached by a similar thing through the e-mail. So don't fall for that either. Needless to say, the check and letter are going in the trash.
