My situation is very involved and started 17 months from 10/2011, I had to take a medical leave of absences from work, which let me go because my doctors wouldn't release me to go back to work and I lost my job. They contacted me by mail, I called the number on the card. They said they would be able to lower my interest rate on my hoe loan, insisted I give them some info so they could tell me what they could be lower to. They insisted I send money so secure that rate and to have them complete the process. They told me to stop paying the morgate, talking to my lender, to direct any correspondences to them. I knew better than to do this but at the time of my illness I was so desperate and having suicidal issues I was just trying to make this better for myself. They knew my situation because I begged and was crying to Brad Prepon not to do this to me because it was the only money I had for my bills.I was unable to collect unemployment benefits becuase work said it was voluntary leave of absence. I asked if was a scam just let me know somehow and I would not do it but he kept assuring that it was legit and they would lower I to 3% or lower. I called Brad numerous times a day for reassurace and he was so patient, knd and understanding. I called my lender to see if they were a fraud and it seemed that they didn't want to discuss it my lender was so rude. I went to my bank to stop payment and they told me this was a legitimate company. I have been trying to contact the law group but no one calls back until I received a letter from Sameer stating he will not represent me because the s"tate of CA has made it impossible for us to continue providing our services." I have contacted HUD, BBB, Attorney generals offices in MA and CA, another attorney, my lender and there is nothing anyone can do to help me. I would like to know what is going on, what happened in the CA courts, Are these people going to be accountable. I feel these people are finacial terrorists. I know its my own fault and some may say I deserve it but I just wanted to lower my rate and stay in my home.
Now, I have to foreclose and move somewhere? after working so hard for so long to afford it.
