me and my wife called our bank to check our balance ond had a 30.00 over draft and a 35.00 over draft fee we called the company "fund assurance" and were not able to speak with a supervissor when i told them i was reporting them i was recording the conversation and i was filing charges on monday morning they said they returned 30.00 to my account but would take 10-20 business day's i keeped asking to speak to a supervisor and they finnally just hung up on me and they gave me a address dont know how true it is but this is it 1489 west warm springs rd. suite 110 henderson N.V. all over a payday loan i never applied for or autherized if anyone could use this to get there money back be sure to let me know by e-mail [email protected] as soon as i can speak with my bank on monday and tthen my lawyer i will post again to get cities of everyone affected by this company and i will also be flooding the web with this info on this company i spoke with 2 employee's roi i.d. # 307 and Nichole i.d.# 332 both hung up after insisting on speaking with a supervissor
