Oct 19, 2012 i called A T & T about home phone service,the person helping me explained how i could save quite a bit of money by signing my land line phone up with them, internet and direct t v. This person assured me that these services would be no more than 135.oo per month, my bill has gone up every month since November.It started off at app. 185.00 with the promise the next bill would be less, The next bill was 213.00 and they would not mail me a paper bill. The next bill was 425.00 for two months because i was waiting on my paper bill and never received it.After many calls and more calls i finally received this 425.00 bill.This has been an awful experience and i don't know who to turn to make them admit they lied and shyster me into this awful deal. Comcast was far better than these liars at A T &T. you can never get the same person twice.PLEASE HELP ME. LulA (Personal Information Removed)
