I placed an order over their website for a special they are running. Buy 3 bras and receive 3 free, and get 3 colored bras free just pay shipping of 9.95 for each set. I received my order and on the invoice is states the total invoice to be $89.75 that is charged to my visa. So far okay. However, there is an asteric (*) after the total amount marked balance 29.95* which points to a line that reads: *Balance indicates amount your credit card will be charged on future date (s) as per your purchase agreement. I called the company and was told to call back in 30 minutes. Hah? The gentleman in customer service was less than polite. His name is Ronan Cooper. I didn't sign up for multiple payments and wanted to make sure that I will not incur any further charges. My balance should read $0.00. After reading all the complaints on this site, I will be returning the products for a full refund. Thank you for a great service and helping the consumer!
