Mr. Richard Luzzi contacted me and we discussed the case . He pretended they had made a spelling mistakely of my first name, and he confesed it was their mistake. But this is unreasonable because they have transacted my money using my correct first name and when he called me for the first time teday , he mentioned my correct name. The second time he called me today , he asked me about my email address and later he apologized pretending they had misspelled my name. Furthermore, if you see the email content, at pending transaction paragraph, my first name is still Irir , not the correct one Ilir, in a time they could never transacted by my account using not my correct name. It is clearly obvious they are trying to manipulate the facts.It is a confirmation rule to send me an email, informing you would do the transaction by my account, and ONLY if I would confirm my admision you could do it. So it is my right to send me back the money. I'm looking forward and as soon as possible this problem be resolved.
