On the 4th of March 2013, I answered favorably to an invitation to test their product. They would charge me only the shipping cost. My credit card was charged then, for 9.95$CAD. I received the product soon after. Then, on the 22nd of March I notice that there is a pending amount charged to my credit card of 149.95$CAD. I told myself to wait a couple of days as sometimes those pending charges are eventually adjusted to the real amount or disappear completely. But, yesterday, the 149.95$CAD was charged to my
credit card. I emailed the company through their 'support' linkage. No answer. Today, I tried to email again through my Outlook address and I soon received a faulty email address message from Outlook. I, then tried to call a couple of times and the registered message that I heard as an answer, is incomprehensible. Then, I went on Google to check the information that I could find on that company. This is when I found this site to file a complain.
