I discovered through a phone converstaion with a collections agent at my bank that there had been a $300 deposit made into my account since March 11, 2013, which I had never applied for or approved. I was finally able to speak with someone today, and he said that the only way for me to have the deposit reversed from my account was to submit a copy of my bank statement, which I refuse to do because that is personal. I told him that I would have my bank cancel my account and place an unauthorized draft on any drafts from them. He said he would just place my account on collections. This loan was done without my consent, and it has caused me many problems.
