After signing up with Vendors Merchant Network (VMN) on the 3rd of Nov, I received a call from Noah Eisenberg, senior director of Marketing at Ultimate Business Ventures (UBV). He talked me into purchasing $29,000 in leads for the VMN business. Since then, I have had zero return on investment. I received sporatic bi-weekly updates from Tom Wilson indicating everything was going good - until now. I have been unable to contact UBV for three weeks now. The last activity on my "back office" was 7 March. My last contact with Tom Wilson was 26 February. He assured me again that my initial $29,000 investment would be regained by late April. I have kept all documentation and receipts along with a log of phone calls with the company. This morning, I found a note on the BBB website that this company was no longer in business. I believe that I have been scammed out of my entire investment.

- I received a response from the AZ Attorney General dated 03/29/2013. Their complaint number is CIC-13-03867. The letter informed me that the complaint process can be lengthy. They also informed me that 99% of all work-at-home solicitations misrepresent the amount of money you can make. I'm hopeful that Scambook can assist me in recouping at least a portion of the money that UBV took from me.

- Yesterday I requested a copy of the certified letter sent to UBV. Today, I filed comlaints with the Better Business Bureaus in Phoenix and in Northern Colorado/Wyoming. I also filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center of the FBI. I am really trying to get my investment back as well as doing my best to make sure Ultimate Business Ventures cannot do this to anyone else.
