I purchased 4 sale items worth AUS$434.00 from Swarovski outlet.org on the 15/03/2013. The money was taken by Realpay.com on the 06/03/2013. I emailed them if they were genuine before I purchased and they replied YES. I have received the jewelry but nothing like in their website pictures. I have many genuine Swarovski jewelry that I bought in Swarovski Licenced store around the world so I know if that is real or fake. They sent me 4 cheap junk jewelry that you can buy in cheap market in China for $2 each. They have scammed me BIG TIME!! Since then I could not find their website. So I searched again and found they have change their website to Swarovski Shop. I believe it was them as the website set up just like the outlet. So I emailed and sent them a picture with the junk jewelry they sent me and demanded refund but I have never heard from them. I am very upset. I should have known better.

  • I just placed a $90 order with swarovskijewelry-outlet.com this morning and THEN did my research, unfortunately. I called my credit card issuer (PenFed) to ask if I could stop the transaction. I was told that it was too late for that, but that I should submit a form to them as soon as I receive the "merchandise" and that, especially with an outfit from China, a refund would be a "slam-dunk." Visa covers the fraud. I'm sure that's why the "outlet" keep changing their web address. Good luck, everyone, and thanks for the heads up (even if I did search for it after the fact).

  • If you bought from these crooks contact your credit card company immediately. They will provide the appropriate contact information to obtain a full refund since the "merchandise" these people send is just worthless counterfeit junk. I got a refund in less than 3 weeks. Don't rely on the fact that they use a third party company to process payments. Its all just a big scam and they hope people won't bother complaining to their credit card companies. Maybe if VISA and the others get enough complaints these people will lose their merchant accounts. Swarovski is aware of these websites and is starting to go after them and shutting them down.
