I ordered the trial pack whilst waiting for it to arrive I asked my GP if it was safe for me to take and he said no. When it arrived I phoned Mizulean immediately and told them. They gave me a RMA return number. I posted immediately and even checked with the Royal mail to see if they received it, which they had.I was told that they wouldn't take monies out of my account. A month later they did. I never authorised them to take £69.95 out of my account. I think it's immoral for the company to conduct business in this way. The advert is very misleading. I'm not the first person for this to happen to. I would like to know how I could take this matter further.
