RE. REFUND OF PAID $4,035.00

Dear Doct Juan Pablo Eng;’

With this letter we are appealing to your sense of fairness, justice, ethics and Integrity.
Before Thomas was referred to you, we had seen other dentists. Each of them had recommended to do bone grafts on both lower and upper jaws BEFORE implanting between 5-to 6 metal on to Thomas’s weak jaws.
Form the 1st time we come to your office we told you on multiple occasions of the recommended bone grafts.
You repetitively and confidently assured us that Thomas “DID NOT NEED BONE GRAFTS”
Because “Tom’s jaws were strong and healthy to allow implant and hold the metal implants.”
We deeply believed in your assertions and gladly paid the original $4,035.00 and various subsequent charges of almost $500.00 requested.
Sadly the implants did not stay long.

After each fiasco and subsequent reassurances. We patiently came back to this office over and over for more and more jawbone painful drillings. Each time we returned to USA in hope that this would have been the time for the implants to take hold in to the bone. Each time, the fear of infection was upper most gripping us.

Each time we had to walk and stand for hours under hot relentless summer sun constantly sprayed by clouds of black smokes from car’s and trucks exhaust. While these same vehicle’s tires simultaneously raised and spewed dust and derbies against our bodies and faces. Our nostrils were filled at nauseous as these expelled black mucus. Our eyes tear-ed as the dust scratched them.

Finally, in the fall of 2012 It was evident that the promised surgeries. At time we asked for refund for at least the $4,035.00. Doctor Vazquez, it has been a long, long time since Thomas has been WITHOUT implant and denture. He can NOT chew food. His health has been steadily DETERIORATING due this long-term impediment. I Pia, have been doing almost all the work including this writing because, Thomas is weak and depressed. Doctor Vazquez, please! At earliest, refund the MONEY WE GAVE YOU for which Tom has had

NO RESULTS!!!!

Thomas needs that sum to buy dental care and save his health.

Our view is:

1) It was you who, went against our expressed finding for need of bone implant.

2) It was you who knew or should have known that Tomas’s bone density and strength was not sufficient to sustain the implants

3) It was you who kept repeating the implants failure, after failure.

4) It has been this office that to this day Tomas’s does not even have the denture for which he has paid. Shamefully, NO ONE has even called to check.
I bet you would use every thing possible if we owed $ to you.

5) It has been this office which to this day NO $$ has been returned to us.

THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!!!! THIS I NOT RIGHT AT ALL !!!!!

We understand that you may tend to evaluate the your office time and expenses. In reality this should be evaluated as YOUR LEARNING. AT OUR EXPENSES AND SUFFERINGS.
We have DO NOT WANT be forced to seek help of various insurances and or the computer sights.
Doctor Vazquez, please! Be fair, be ethical, have Integrity. Please! Give Back our $4,035.00.
MAKE IT RIGHT !!! (please! Do so within next 2 weeks.)

Allow Tomas to have that $ for his proper dental needs so as to regain his physical and mental health.
