I ordered a camera with a lot of extra's. They did not send me what I asked for and did not put my correct name on the invoice, they would not give me a tracking number as well. I've looked online and they've done this to ample costumers. I've called them, they are very rude and laugh and tell me "It's in the mail". I've waited over three weeks now and they will not give me the time of day. I paid them $1000. on my card and did not get what I asked for. I'm not even sure that the camera is new or a refab. I am Not happy with this treatment. They told me my camera card was 200. I priced it out for 80. I paid for a rapid charger and battery and got the one that came with the camera. The upgrade in the battery and charger was over $250. USD
