When I asked them to cancel my order, they told me that they had cancelled my order because my shipping information was incorrect.They say they have cancelled my account but they have taken money from my credit card.They have not offered to refund this.
I have had to cancel the card and pay for a replacement.
T think they are thieves.

- this is Kathleen again,i rang them this morning and they tell me that they have refunded my payment,Time will tell.There is no refund showing on my card yet but boy they were quick to take my money,I have cancelled the credit card (at cost of $10 for new card) because I think they were ready to bill me more. here's hoping,Some of the emails i got were rather insulting
