The company had advised that I was approved for a $5,000 loan from a private investor that would be funded by direct deposit to my account by Bank of America. They stated that due to my credit rating it was necessary for me to provide a collateral payment of $900 originally, then after final underwriting review a second collateral payment of $600 to secure and finalize the loan deferring the payments for the first 9 mths of the 24 mth loan agreement.
