This company called and said they had lower rates than PGE. I was told they would always be lower. They were for a few months, then there charges doubled what PGE would have charged. I called to cancel and they didn't process that request for 1 week. I called to make sure the cancellation was processed and the man said they it had not been, but would adjust my final bill. I called today to tell them they did no adjustment to my bill and was told it was still within the cancellation time frame, so no adjustment would be made. I would never use this company again.
