International boundaries

Initial and main contact was by unsolicited phone calls over period of approx 4 wks. Stated I had won 1.5 millon USD and car. Needed to pay taxes before release. Money sent in 500 dollar amts by Moneypak and western union. Company names given as GILS, Winners Int.Sweepstakes Commission and European Sweeptakes. I was told I was entered and qualified based on major credit card purchases.
First group had main contact: Barrister Peter Washington, based in Las Vegas. Names of associates: Michael Wallace, John Bishop, Wilma Jones, and Jamaican merchant bankers Norman Malcolm, Ricardo Campbell, Wentworth Clorke, Roshane Townsend Akeem Palmer. Sargent Nevagale, Mr. Campbell.
Second group main contact: Sally Morgan, David Johnson.
Only 2 emails were sent, phone calls were frequent. When contact was discontinued they were requesting another $1500.
