Complainant just ordered the trial pack amounting to USD 4.95, but to my amazement the same billing charged me another USD99.95, I have made a complaint immediately to my credit company, they said I have to deal this issue to PURASILK, so I emailed them, but still up to this date, March 25, 2013, no trial pack, no reversal of charges. Please do help me, Iam just a poor retired goverment employee with no Income.
