Samuel told me that he was buying an airline ticket to come to the US and would pay me back after arriving. He never came to the US. I had sent him $500 through Western Union epecting to be repaid on arrival. He is using the name Adey Samuel on facebook, which is where I met him. I believe that he is continuing to try to scam people and have them send him money. The money was sent to the username Samuel Oppong in Ghana.
