Schuylkill Valley Airport Shuttle

I hired a local airport shuttle service to provide transportation from the Reading airport to the Philadelphia airport.
On our return trip we were bumped from the flight and scheduled on a later flight with an arrival time of 1 hour later. I called the driver and informed him of the situation. After we were in the air the Philadelphia airport received more snow than expected which caused them to close all but 1 runway. We were diverted to Baltimore since our plan was running low on fuel. When we were on the ground in Baltimore I again called the driver and explained the situation. He stated the roads were getting slippery and he had another party to return to Reading. He stated he would take them home and return for us. The party I was traveling with called her husband and he volunteered to pick us up in their 4 wheel drive vehicle. I called the drive back and asked if we could arrange other transportation home would I receive a refund. He said I would certainly receive a refund and was very grateful that he did not have to return to Philadelphia.
I waited 1 week for the refund to show up before calling their office. I was told it was processed by Tina. After numerous attempts of requesting my refund I was told they processed it and it has never been credited to my credit card. The company will no long take a phone call from me.
I have discovered since this happened I was not the only one taken advantage of. Many others have not received the service they paid for. I have discovered this company has been shut done for not maintaining insurance for the last 3 years
