I was on a free trial with this company and I canceled,This was back in Nov.of 2012.This month my husbands debit was charged 39.80.I have tried to get it refunded but they are telling me it will take up to 2 billing cycles.We need our money,we are on fixed income.This is a company I WILL NOT deal with again.I need help please.Debbie
