On 6/3/2011 $995.00 was charged to my account from Consumer Credit Group, P. O. Box 17914, Clearwater, Florida 33762 under the name Commerial Training Institute. They guarantee they would save me $6,000 within 60 days by reduce my interest rate on my credit cards, so that my payments would be reduced. This would improve my credit score, because they have connections with the credit card companies. All they did was email me an attachment stating, if I paid down my bill each month, I would pay off my credit cards faster. Anyone with any common since would know that. Anyways, I paid them to do me a service, and they have not provided the service they guaranteed. If I pay off my bills faster, well to me that's doing myself my own service. Which is entirely different from what they guaranteed to do.

Now, I have called them 2 times a week just three weeks of being billed to request my money back. I have also, called Credit One several times, and all I have been getting is the run around. Therefore, this complaint is one many I have made against Consumer Credit Group. From the beginning, I told them they better not take my money and run. They said, It will not happen, but here we are disputing over my money, for no services rendered. Please assist in getting my money back.
