Proirity money have taken £68.00 from my account yet now after i ahve phoned them i cant seem to log on to be able to download the refund form. I was unaware of this upfront cost. I am a single mother struggling to get by and now they have taken nearly my entire weeks income. All this has been explained over the phone and yet no one is willing to help me
