I hired this company in January to move my belongings from NY to Sao Paulo/Brasil. My family and I were moving ALL our stuff.
They were expected to deliver it in Sao Paulo by the third week of March.
We were following the shipment with Fast Way until last week and they told us everything was fine and that it should arrive shortly.
Today I got an email from a company in Santos (were the port of entry is) saying that they are service providers for Fast Way, responsible for clearing the shipment at the port of entry and delivering it to Sao Paulo, but that Fast Way hasn't payed them, nor any of the taxes and storage fees needed to clear the shipment.
When I call Fast Way now NOBODY ANSWERS. The service provider in Brazil says thet they went bankrupt and are not paying anyone, fired their employess and don't answer any call or emails.
I have to find a way of getting hold of my stuff now.
