Ordered furniture and they provided an 8% discount for credit card payment and 10% for wire transfer. I opted for the credit card option. They promised delivery within 2-4 weeks. Six weeks later no word from them. Tried email and phone to no avail. Such a scam!!! Luckily I opted for the credit card option as they are much better equiped to argue.

  • We are yet another victim of Furniture XO. We also discovered that the CEO, Matthew Kolodesh, was charged by the FBI for Fraud and embezzlement for running an illegal hospice business- see link www.fbi.gov/philadelphia/press-releases/2011/hospice-owner-charged-in-health-care-fraud-and-embezzlement-scheme Per the FBI, Mr. Kolodesh will only have a case against him for FURNITURE XO if enough people file a complaint at this link www.ic3.gov. It only takes a few minutes. We will likely never see our furniture or our money again. This is the only way we can fight back. If we let these people do this and get away with it, we are serving them.
