I ordered Bailey Button Ugg boots from this website for my 13 year old daughter's birthday on the 18th October. Needless to say they have still not arrived 2 weeks later even though i paid for express 2-3 day shipping by DHL. When I tried to cancel the order on the account I had made, the website would not allow me to email my complaint. I now have no way of tracing the order or contacting the company for a refund.

To all that think they can't get there money refunded from uggale. Com YOU CAN!! I stuck with it and managed to get a full refund, I contacted every consumer company online, aswell as bbc watchdog and scambook, I then emailed the company uggale.com back many times telling them I have reported them for theft and that I am going through a solicitor and I won't stop till I get my money refunded and till they get caught and prosocuted for theft fraud and false advertisment, ( just used my imagination). I then kept on and on sending them the similar sort of messaged via email and also went to my bank and reported them to there fraud agency as I payed by debit card, I then very convieniently got a reply saying my money would be refunded in full within 30 days, and it was actually back in my account in full the very next day so take my tips and advice and don't give up you can get it back!! -
