Saw an ad on the Zynga gaming site asking if I wanted to take part in free trials which interested me. Answered a few questions about myself...male/female, age, skin type etc, and products from 4 different companies appeared. I chose Dead Sea Kit Co. All looked good and I only had to pay £3.95 for P&P. When I went to navigate away from the page, P&P came down to £2.95 - even better. I paid and received an email confirming payment details and stating: "If you are not 100% satisfied for whatever reason, simply send the trial kit back to us and you will not be billed further.".....That gave me confidence to participate. Had I known I'd entered into a situation whereby I might have to return an item, I would not have done so.

Product arrived 4 days later. Was looking for the link to send to a friend which is when I came across all the bad press about the company and, at that point, realised I'd been had! I even opened the product because I thought everything was above board.

Have had to phone my bank and cancel my card so no payments can be taken and am returning the goods to Israel. I'm upset and angry. This company are extremely ruthless, callous and sly in the way they operate.
