Purchased a 2011 Cadillac Escalade on the internet through Outback Motors, Salesman Mark Zeman, 4389 Whites Ferry Road, West Monroe, LA 71291-2033 Sent bank transfer from our bank City National Bank, Beckley, WV to their Bank Suntrust Bank, 303 Peachtree Street, Atlanta GA 30308 Total $34,750.00 $34,200.00 for vehicle and $550.00 to have it shipped, All seemed legit until vehicle did not arrive when expected. Telephoned This Mark Zeman at Outback Motors the morning after it was not delivered. He answered and said "oh, you didn't get the vehicle" and I said no and he acted as if he was going to check on it and call me back. Never did and after that I phoned for several days and the phone would act as if it was going to ring and then go to busy signal Number is 318-516-3038. We realized must be a scam and I got ahold of my bank. They discovered it was a SCAM and put hold on their bank acct and I was told that it is now going through federal and they would notify me if there was any money in the account which they have not done as of yet. I contacted Better Business Bearu and was told there is no Outback Motors at 4389 Whites Ferry Road, West Monroe, LA. They said it closed 2007 and since Feb 21, 2013 they have had several complaints and came to realize that someone is selling vehicles under this closed company. Selling vehicles and there are no vehicles or no company. There is another company at this address now. Lost $34,750.00 Need help. Freda(Personal Information Removed)
