i made minimum required payements 1055.oo /month
i remarked on each payement too high for me ,have hardship,never an answer to this of course.
Inspectors from an insurance that wellsa choosed wanted to enter,i said no.

wells aranged cancelation of insurance.

I received a letter , wells choosed another insurance now i pay minimum 1500 p.m.
I payd only 1055.00


No i received a letter saying , i am default.


Tax is always payd from my money under the name of wells , can they obtain
tax certificates ?

Where is the note ? They do not disclose the identity of lender, they claim to be the lender,they are servicing this loan.
Last time i requested re-financing they said "this type of loan you have,can not be re-financed"
I have never seen a color title. Is tyere one ?
Deed is on my and viola,viola never signed the loan,never signed a loan in USA.
Can i walk out and see how tey try to take away the deed/color title from
Viola ?
I do have now an offer from an insurance , hazard only, that covers items not in the interest of wells.
wells however had me insured as high as 140000.00 ,all types of unrealistic
risks , double insured with FEMA.

what can we do here ?
