The company offer a trial dead sea beauty kit for around $5 which you can try for two weeks and either return or pay the full amount which is around $100.
I ordered the trial kit but had an allergic reaction so returned it immediately and emailed the proof of postage.
I have since received many emails stating that my trial period has expired.
The email addresses given to me to email the proof of postage do not exist!!!
I have tried replying to the email that keeps telling me my trial period has expired. I keep trying to send the proof of postage and asking them to acknowledge receipt of my emails but to no avail - they just keep sending me emails stating that my trial period has expired.
It is a complete scam and I don't know how to stop them continuing to charge my credit card as the original terms and conditions state that unless the creams are returned (which I have done but they won't acknowledge this) they can continue to replace the creams on a monthly basis and charge the full amount for them.
It seems to be impossible to contact them and put a stop this.
